ミラノに2020年にオープンした日本料理店。シェフは「なだ万」で修行後に渡伊し、イタリアの名店で10年間ほど研鑽を積んだ挾間敏(はざまさとし)氏。日本料理の基本、生を活かす・焼く・揚げる・煮る・蒸すに忠実に、地元食材と地中海の魚によるイタリアでしか味わえないKaiseki(懐石)料理をご提供。ミラノで世界中のお客様に、季節感あふれる日本料理と日本の食文化をお楽しみ頂きます。
